EMBERDUST — SURVIVE THE BLIGHT
A free pixel survival arena game that runs in your browser. This page needs JavaScript
to draw the game, and scripts are switched off, so here is what the game is and where
the rest of it lives.
WHAT IT IS
You are one small figure in a burning arena. The Blight arrives in waves and your
weapons fire on their own — the only decision is where you stand. Killing things
levels you up and offers upgrades; surviving ten minutes in a single run lifts the cap
on every upgrade permanently. Embers banked from a run buy upgrades and cosmetic skins
in the UPGRADES and EMBERSHOP screens. Four bosses — the EMBER WARDEN, MAGMA HOUND,
EMBER PHOENIX and EMBERDUCK — each unlock a skin the first time you beat them.
CO-OP
Host a game and you get a four-character room code; anyone with the code can join from
their own tab. Two tabs on one machine, or two devices on the same network, can find
each other without a code. There is also a head-to-head mode and a shared leaderboard
of best survival times.
WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
No ads, no purchases, no accounts, no email address, no analytics and no third-party
scripts. Embers are earned by playing and have no monetary value. Skins are cosmetic
only: they change how your character looks and nothing else.
